摘要
就业导向是高职教育的目的所在,是办人民满意的教育的需要。就业能力是指从事某种职业所需要的能力,包括职业技能和综合素质,取决于社会需要与高职教育的性质和层次。现阶段高职学生就业能力培养的重点在加强素质教育。
Employment Guidance is the purpose of vocational education,it is the need of people＇s satisfactory education.Employment capacity refers to the ability needed in a profession,including vocational skills and overall quality,it depends on the needs of society and the nature,level of vocational education.Nowadays,the importance of vocational students employment capacity is to strengthen their qualities.
