Application of biological softwares for mtDNA sequence polymorphism analysis

摘要 对线粒体DNA(mtDNA)序列进行多态性分析,将有利于从母系遗传的角度研究各人群的源流、迁移以及亲缘关系等情况。探讨利用Internet共享生物学软件对各种生物样本mtDNA高变区进行序列比对分析及多态性分析,结果显示DNAstar、ClustalX、DnaSP以及Mega等软件操作简便、易于判读、结果准确可靠,可广泛应用于人类学、系统发育学以及法医鉴定等领域的研究。 The sequence polymorphism analysis of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) is helpful to explore the origins , migrations and relationships of polulations. The free biological softwares including DNAstar, ClustalX, DnaSP, Mega and so zn were applied to perform mtDNA sequence comparison and polymorphism analysis. The results showed that these softwares are manipulable, easy - to - interpret , reliable and can be used as tools for the study of anthropolgy, phylogenetics and forensicmedicine.
