摘要
磨煤机回粉中有害矿物硫化物的磁性较弱且对环境造成极大危害并直接影响磨煤机的工作性能,而目前的煤炭脱硫多采用湿法电磁选技术,难以对其进行充分分选,且对电能和水资源消耗比较大.针对这种情况,对磨煤机回粉干式永磁强磁脱硫技术进行了研究,并在研究的基础上自行研制了干式永磁强磁选矿设备.该设备的磁路设计及磁系布置属关键性因素,分选空间场强可达1.3 T;经实验论证,对磨煤机回粉中弱磁硫化物有较强的分选效果,脱硫率达到27.98%,精煤产率为87.88%,具有一定的应用前景和推广价值.
The harmful and weak magnetic sulfide minerals,which caused great harm to the environment and affected the performance of the mill directly.While the current coal desulfurization technology lies in wet electro-magnetic method,it is hard to fulfill its separation,and relatively consumes much more energy and water resources.Based on the situation,the paper studies the desulfurization in coal-milled powder with dry permanent high magnetic separation technology,and with the technology,a dry permanent magnet with magnetic beneficiation equipment was developed.There exists two key factors: magnetic circuit design and magnetic system layout.The magnetic field strength in the separation space can reach 1.3 T.After testing and verification,the device appears a stronger separation on the weak magnetic coal-milled powder,with the desulfurization rate result to 27.98percent and clean coal production to 87.88percent,thus owns the certain prospects and promotion of the value of the application.
