摘要
采用测试法、文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,对我院对5180名学生进行了学生体质健康测试,并对测试的结果进行了分析研究,提出树立学生强身健体意识,引导学生形成科学锻炼的良好习惯的建议,并为有关部门和学校体育教学提供理论参考。
Adopting test method,documentary data method and method of mathematical statistics and another researching methods.Our colleges are making the physique fitting test to 5180 students,analyzing and researching the result of the test.It also put for forward to help our college students to build up the consciousness of toning up their body.This test lead our students to form the good habit of taking the scientific exercises,and also provide the theoretical reference to the related department and the teaching of schooling physical education.
