摘要
建立了一种新型的晶闸管PSpice电热模型,包含热模型和电模型,能提供发热和电气参数之间的动态关系,预测晶闸管结温的变化。该模型中所需要的热阻抗参数可以通过有限元方法得到,电气参数可通过数据手册和Matlab等工具得到。PSpice仿真结果与数据手册信息和实际情况相吻合,验证了该模型的实用性。
A novel dynamic electro-thermal model,which can be used to predict the temperatures of device junctions,is developed for the thyristor by coupling a thyristor electrical model with dynamic thermal models.The thermal impedance parameters can be obtained by the finite element method,and the electrical parameters can be extracted from data sheet or using tools such as Matlab.The model is implemented in the PSpice circuit simulator and is connected to external circuits.Validation is accomplished by comparing the model results with the data sheet information.
