摘要
通过对"90后"大学生的问卷调查发现:他们有着较深厚的爱国主义情怀,但理想信念薄弱;有着较强烈的社会责任感,但集体主义观念淡薄;有着较明确的大学生活目标,但学习动力不足;有着较强烈的竞争意识,但抗压心理不足。辅导员的思想政治教育工作面临着严峻的挑战。应该通过配备专业化辅导员、提高辅导员队伍学历、提高辅导员专业化水平等途径来加强辅导员自身队伍的内涵建设;通过突出思想政治教育重点、明确帮扶助困目标、班级事务管理要有针对性、大学生涯辅导要突出阶段性特点等方式来丰富辅导员思想政治教育工作的内容;通过在参与课堂教学中促进实现思想政治教育课程目的性、在变师为友的角色转换中提高思想政治教育有效性、在鼓励参与社会实践过程中体现思想政治教育针对性等手段来转变辅导员思想政治教育工作的方法。
The survey on 90s generation shows they have deep feelings of patriotism but weak ideals and beliefs;they have strong social responsibility but weak collectivism;they have definite goals for college life but lack of learning motivation;they have stronger awareness of competition but less tolerance for pressure and stress.All increase challenge of counselors＇ ideological and political education work.Professional counselors will be offered and their education degree will be improved.The focus of ideological and political education work will be definite to help those in difficulty,manage the class and have stages in counseling college life.Class teaching,friend-like counselors and social practice shall be engaged in ideological and political education work to boost its goal,improve its effectiveness and show its target.
