摘要
根据凤梨苗大小将其分为两个阶段,生长第一阶段(株高8-10 cm,叶片数8-12长至株高15-20cm,叶片数15-18)和生长第二阶段(株高15-20 cm,叶片数15-18,长至株高〉25 cm,叶片数〉21)。通过不同质量浓度的NB叶肥喷施试验,研究了叶肥对凤梨苗株高、周长、叶片数、单叶面积、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用率等光合作用指标和生理指标的影响。结果显示,凤梨生长两个阶段适宜的喷肥质量浓度分别为0.4-1.0 g/L和1.7-2.0 g/L的NB叶肥(mN∶mP2O5∶mK2O=20∶10∶20)。
In this paper the growth of Guzmania denise seedlings were divided into two stages,the first growing stage was from 8-10 cm height with 8-12 leaves to 15-20 cm height with 15-18 leaves,and the second growing stage was from 15-20 cm height with 15-18 leaves to over 25 cm height with 21 leaves.By spraying different concentration of leaf fertilizer,the effect of leaf fertilizer on physiological indexes such as plant height,circumference,leaf number,single leaf area,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,and photosynthetic characteristics such as net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water utilization efficiency of Guzmania denise were studied.The results showed that the optimal spraying concentration of NB leaf fertilizer(m N∶m P2O5∶m K2O = 20∶10∶20) for growing Guzmania denise of two stage were 0.4-1.0 g/L and 1.7-2.0 g/L,respectively.
