摘要 目的: 探讨克氏螯虾壳聚糖对人工胃酸的抑制作用,为开发新型的天然抗胃酸药提供实验依据.方法:在人工胃酸中,分别加入不同量的壳聚糖,测定加入不同量壳聚糖前后的pH和壳聚糖的酸当量,并与对照药品进行对照实验.结果:壳聚糖对人工胃酸有明显的升高pH作用,壳聚糖浓度为0.1%~1%时,其平均酸当量为12.49mmol[H]/g,壳聚糖与小苏打的抑酸效果相近,使pH升高1.23~1.2, 优于胃舒平、硫糖铝.结论: 克氏螯虾壳聚搪可明显抑制人工胃酸,使其pH升高,这对壳聚糖进一步开发成抑酸胃药奠定了基础. Purpose: Inquiry into the chitosan from Red Swamp Crayfish repress action to the artificial stomach acld , provide the experiment basis to develop the newstyle natural antienzyme stomach acid medicine. Method:Join the different quantity chitosan in the artificial stomach acid, determine the pH and the sour equivalent weight of the ehitosan in the front and back add to the dissimilarity quantity ehitosan, and carry on the contrast experiment with the compare drugs. Result: Chitosan has the obviously action to rise the pH of the artificial stomach acid, when the chitosan concentration is an 0. 1%-1%, it average sour equivalent weight is 12.49mmol[H]/g ,the result of chitosan and saleratus suppress the sour is closely , make pH go up 1.23 - 1.2, it better than the stomach comfortable and even,the sulfur sugar aluminlum. Conelusion:Chitosan from Red Swamp Crayfish could repress the artificial stomach acid obviously, making its pH go up, this lay the foundation to further develop the chitosan to the suppressed sour medicine.
