摘要
用H2SO4及HCOOH处理生皮胶原,了解胶原在酸性条件下的膨胀速度与程度。用去氨基胶原及甲基化胶原的酸膨胀研究,证明氨基阳电荷是酸膨胀的主要起因。在pH2.0±0.2时,一些磺化酚可以与氨基结合抑制酸膨胀,本研究中最好的抑制剂是磺化乙萘酚,烷基磺酸则不能抑制。
To treat the hide collagen with sulphuric acid and formic acid, it well shown that the swelling of collagenin varying rates and degrees at low pH. Studies on the swelling of deaminating and methylating collagensin acids proof that the swelling results mainly from the positive charges at amine groups in collagen. AtpH 2. 0±0. 2,some sulfonated phenols can combine with amino group to inhibit the acid swelling of collagen, the best is sulfonated β- naphthol,but not to alkyl sulfonic acid.
