摘要
目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在慢性肝衰竭(CLF)肝组织中表达的临床意义。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学技术,检测CLF28例、代偿性肝硬化(CLC)30例、慢性肝炎(CH)30例、正常对照28例肝组织中VEGF、TGF-β1的表达.分析VEGF、TGF-β1表达的临床意义。结果正常肝组织内无或仅有极少量VEGF、TGF-β1表达;CH、CLC、CLF肝组织VEGF、TGF-β1表达阳性率较对照组高(P<0.005～0.01);CLC组表达VEGF较CH、CLF组高(P<0.005),CLF组较CH组高(P<0.05);CLC、CLF组表达TGF-β1较CH组高(P<0.005);VEGF和TGF-β1在CLF肝组织中表达不均匀,再生能力较强的肝组织中表达强度高,再生能力弱的肝组织中表达强度较低。结论 VEGF和TGF-β1与肝细胞病变程度、再生能力等密切相关,可以作为反映CLF肝细胞再生的指标之一。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） in the hepatic tissue of chronic liver failure.Methods VEGF and TGF-β1 antibodies of the hepatic tissues from 28 chronic liver failure（CLF）,30 compensated liver cirrhosis （CLC）,chronic hepatitis（CH）and healthy controls were detected by the method of streptavidin peroxidase （SP） immunohistochemical staining.The clinical significance of the expression of VEGF and TGF-β1 was analyzed.Results There was no or very little VEGF or TGF-β1 expression in healthy controls.The positive ratios of VEGF and TGF-β1 expression in CH,CLC or CLF were higher than those in healthy controls （P0.005）.The expression of VEGF in CLC was higher than that in CH or CLF（P0.005）.That in CLF was higher than in CH,the positive ratios of TGF-β1 expression in CLC or CLF were higher than those in CH.In the chronic liver failure tissues,VEGF and TGF-β1 expressions were disproportion.The expression of them was significant in the tissue with regeneration capacity those without regeneration capacity.Conclusion The expression of VEGF and TGF-β1 was closely associated with the severity of the disease and the regeneration of hepatocytes.VEGF and TGF-β1 might act as a factor to show the regeneration capacity of hepatocytes.
