摘要
目的:观察载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉加入树脂基托后,在有无光照条件下对变形链球菌的抗菌效果,探讨银离子与二氧化钛光触媒的协同抗菌作用。方法:采用二倍稀释法测定载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉对变形链球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);测定含等量载银纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化钛树脂基托在无光及日光灯照下对变形链球菌的抗菌率,并对其进行对比。结果:载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉加入义齿基托后,对变形链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为5g/L;当载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉在树脂基托中的浓度为5g/L时,无光及光照条件下其对变形链球菌抗菌率分别为75.1%,100%。等量纳米二氧化钛在无光及光照条件下其对变形链球菌抗菌率分别为4.2%、44.8%。结论:银离子与二氧化钛光触媒具有协同抗菌作用。无论有无光照,载银纳米二氧化钛抗菌粉加入义齿基托后对变形链球菌均能取得良好的抗菌性,明显优于单纯纳米二氧化钛组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
AIM:To explore if there is synergistic antibacterial effect between Ag and titanium dioxide(TiO2) against Streptococcus mutans(S.mutans).METHODS:Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 and nano-TiO2 were incorporated into resin base,respectively.The antibacterial effects of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 resin base,nano-TiO2 resin base and the blank control against S.mutans were examined both in the dark and under fluorescent lamp.RE-SULTS:The minimal inhibition concentration(MIC) of the Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 against S.mutans was 5g/l.The antibacterial effects of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 resin base and nano-TiO2 resin base were 75.1% and 4.2% in the dark,100% and 44.8% under light,respectively.Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 resin base showed significantly higher antibacterial effects than the nano-TiO2 resin base in both the dark and light conditions(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Our results indicates that synergistic antibacterial activity exists between Ag and nano-TiO2.
