摘要
为制取具有高介电常数的臭氧发生器用电介质,采用改进工艺法制得0-3型高介乙烯基硅橡胶/改性钛酸钡功能复合材料。对复合材料的微观结构进行了表征,并对这种复合材料的电性能进行了相关研究。结果表明,钛酸钡(BT)粉体在基体相中分散均匀,团聚现象不明显;当复合材料中BT的质量分数为76%时,介电常数上升到12,提高了4倍,并且击穿场强仍然维持在较高的水平(17.3 kV/mm)上,仅下降15%。用此种复合材料作为臭氧发生器介质的实验结果表明,臭氧浓度随介质的介电常数的大小改变而近似呈线性变化。通过提高介质的介电常数能够有效地提高臭氧浓度和产量,是一种值得探讨和推广的方法。
In order to achieve a High-K dielectric of ozonizer,0-3 type methylvinyl silicone rubber / barium titanate(MVQ/BT) functional composites were prepared by the improved method,their structures were studied by SEM,and the electrical properties were also investigated.The results show that the power of barium titanate(BT) can be dispersed uniformly in MVQ polymer matrix.The dielectric measurements show that when BT's mass fraction is 76% of the composite's quality,an dielectric constant of about 12 over a wide frequency region and a high breakdown field strength(17.3 kV/mm) have been obtained.The ozone generation characteristics of MVQ/BT Ozonizer are also discussed,and the test results show that the ozone concentration and output are linearly increased by increasing dielectric constant.Enhancing the dielectric constant of barrier is a promising way to improve the properties of ozonizer.
