摘要
针对实际工程中节点经常发生高强螺栓由于超拧或欠拧从而引起高强螺栓预拉力不同,使端板产生不同的应力分布而影响节点转动刚度的大小状况。采用有限元方法分析典型的外伸端板连接中螺栓的欠拧和超拧对节点转动刚度的影响。结果表明外伸端板上不同位置高强度螺栓超拧或欠拧的程度不同,引起连接节点的转动刚度不同。随着欠拧的数值增大,节点明显的较早的进入弹塑性阶段。此种节点翼缘内侧的高强螺栓欠拧或超拧时对节点刚度影响较大。
In practical project,joint rotational stiffness is affected by less-tightened or super-tightened high-strength bolts.This paper uses FEM to research joint rotational stiffness changes in typical extended end-plate connection,when high-strength bolts are less-tightened or super-tightened in this connection .The results show that the joint rotational stiffness is connected with location of high-strength bolt and magnitude of bolt pretension.With bolt pretension decreasing,the joint quickly reaches elastic-plastic stage sharply.For these joints,less-tightened or super-tightened high-strength bolts have much influencing for the joint rotational stiffness of end-plate tension joint.
