摘要
近年来,国际恐怖活动呈现出频率常态化、目标分散化、手段科技化、成员年轻化的特征。在国际恐怖主义的影响下,国内恐怖势力采取明暗结合、内外联动等方式在国内制造了数起恐怖事件,国内反恐形势日趋严峻。在复杂的国际、国内反恐背景下,有关部门要深入分析研究国内外恐怖活动的特征和规律,强化恐怖活动防范意识,建立以情报信息为中心的反恐工作机制,严厉打击各类恐怖势力。
In recent years,International terrorist activities have shown the features of high frequency,decentralization of targets,high-tech,and relative youth of its members. Under the influence of international terrorism,domestic terrorists have caused several terrorist events by linking the inside and outside,the dark and light so that the anti-terrorism is gradually rigorous. In the complex national and international terrorism environment,the relative departments should firstly analyze the features and disciplines terrorism in depth,strengthen their terrorism awareness;build an antiterrorism information-centered operation mechanism and fight against terrorist forces severely.
