摘要
传统秘书礼仪课程考核评价体系存在评价方式、评价内容和评价标准单一的问题,基于行为导向的秘书礼仪教学考核评价不以学生知识的掌握程度为中心,而是以学生技能的应用及解决实际问题的能力为中心。这一考核评价体系的建立,需要构建多元化的评价方式、多元化的评价主体、动态化的评价过程,以及职业化的评价标准。
The examination and evaluation system of traditional secretary and etiquette course have the problems of unitary of evaluation mode,evaluation content and evaluation standard,and the action-oriented examination and evaluation can solve the problems by taking the abilities of skills application and solving practical abilities instead of taking knowledge mastering as the core. To build the examination and evaluation system,pluralistic evaluation modes and evaluation subjects,dynamic evaluation process and professionalized evaluation standard should be constructed.
