摘要
健雄职业技术学院依托太仓迅猛发展的经济和良好的产业基础,借鉴德国"双元制"职业教育模式,形成独特的"定岗双元"人才培养模式。该模式强调"学校元"和"企业元"的共同作用,以订单培养为主要形式,学生在校三年工学交替,通过校企共建、企业资助、派遣高级技术培训师等,为学生提供学习成长的优质平台。
Depending on rapidly developed economy and good industrial basis,referring "dual-system" vocational education model of Germany,Jianxiong vocational and technical college has formed the special talents cultivation model of "post practice and dual-system". The system strengthens the common role of school as well as enterprise,take ordering form cultivation as the main model,and provide good platform for learning and growth of students through working and learning alteration,school and enterprise cooperation and dispatching high level technical trainers.
