摘要
在社会转型过程中,农村老年人逐渐丧失传统社会尊者优势地位而逐渐沦为社会弱势群体。依据社会支持理论,弱势群体问题不是因其自身原因所造成,而恰是其缺乏必要社会支持的表现。社会支持理论强调通过干预个人的社会网络来改变其在社会生活中的困难境遇。因此,建立和完善农业大专院校以及专家学者对农村老年弱势群体的专业性正式社会支持的长效机制;发挥社会工作者及青年志愿者在农村老年社会工作中的重要作用;强化以血缘关系、地缘关系为基础的非正式支持,以及增强农村老年人的自养能力,是建构农村老年弱势群体社会支持网络的重要途径。
During the social transformation period, rural aged people come to lose their respected become vulnerable groups. According to social support theory, the emergence of disadvantaged status and groups is caused not by themselves but by lack of necessary social support. As emphasized in the theory, individuals should be influenced on their social relationship network to change their embarrassment in social life. Therefore, to build a support network for rural elderly disadvantaged groups is the key measures, that is, establishing and improving the long-term support mechanism from scholars of agricultural colleges and universities, bringing into full play the role of social workers and young volunteers in rural elderly works, strengthening informal support based on kinship and geographical convenience, and enhancing self-support ability of the aged people.
