摘要
对企业知识管理绩效评价模型进行总结分析,给出建立组合评价模型的步骤,运用KENDDALL协和系数法进行单一评价模型的相容性检验,建立算术平均、漂移度和合作博弈组合评价模型,对组合评价结论运用Spearsman等级相关系数进行一致性检验,输出最终评价结果。实例表明,运用组合评价模型更加客观、可信,能为企业知识管理绩效评价提供新的思路和方法。
Knowledge management performance evaluation is an important basic work of modern enterprise management. The paper summarizes the knowledge management performance evaluation models and describes the steps of establishing combination evaluation model, including applying KENDALL harmony correlation to compatible examination, constructing arithmetic mean model, driflance model and cooperation game model, applying Spearsman rank correlation coefficient to consistency examination, and outputs the final evaluation result. An example testifies the objectiveness and credibility of the combination evaluation model, which provides a new idea and method for enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation.
