摘要
在对变压器T形等效电路电感参数的研究过程中,发现了漏电感参数在铁芯不同运行方式下的变化规律。利用基于有限元原理的电磁场专业仿真软件Maxwell 3D,对T形等效电路中漏电感参数在铁芯不同工作状态(不饱和与饱和)下的特性进行了仿真研究。结果表明:激励侧漏电感随饱和程度的加深,数值逐渐减小;感应侧漏电感随饱和程度的加深,数值逐渐增大;对于变压器总的漏电感而言,其数值与铁芯饱和程度无关,保持常数。通过采用有效主磁通的概念,重点着眼于变压器在不同工作状态下其等效匝数比发生变化这方面进行讨论研究,对仿真结果进行了定性分析并指明了其理论影响。
Characteristics of variation of the leakage inductance of a transformer are revealed through detailed analysis of the inductance of a transformer T-equivalent circuit.Using the finite element method based professional software,Maxwell 3D,the characteristics of inductances in several iron core states(saturated and unsaturated) are studied and some qualitative analysis are performed.The results show that the more serious the saturation of iron core is,the smaller the magnitude of leakage inductance at source side will be.The more serious the saturation of iron core is,the larger the magnitude of leakage inductance at load side will be.The leakage inductance of transformer as a whole,which remains constant,is not related to the status of transformer's iron core.In this paper,using the concept of valid main flux,equivalent turns ratio in several iron core states has been studied,the theoretical influence and qualitative analysis of simulation results has been done.
