《傧相》是委拉斯凯茨的杰作,但似乎拒绝解释,有鉴于此,解释纷至沓来,既有艺术史家和艺术批评家,更有哲学家侧身其中,比如福科和塞尔。也许放弃解释,或者把图像看作"行为"或"图像游戏"方可靠近难以索解的《傧相》。
Las Meninas, Velaquez＇s masterpiece, seems to defy explanation. Just for this reason, so much explanation has been made by various people, including Art Historian, Art Critic, particularly philosopher, such as Michel Foucault and John R-Searle. Maybe giving up explanaetion regarding image as action or image game could approach unreachable Las Meninas.
