摘要
建立火电项目环境影响后评价指标体系,通过指标无量纲化及定性指标定量化,运用模糊综合评价法对该指标体系定量评价。评价模型采用层次分析法和熵权法确定指标的组合权重,兼顾主客观赋权优点,提高了结果的准确性,并结合实例进行了验证。
The establishment of environmental impact post evaluation system for thermal power project;methods of non-dimensionalization and quantifying qualitative index are used in evaluation,the quantitative results calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The combination weight of indicators consists of AHP for subjective weighting and entropy for objective weighting,the accuracy of the results has been improved.At last,this method is validated by a case of thermal power project.
