摘要
太阳辐照度和光伏电池工作温度等的随机性会对光伏电站并网后发输电系统的可靠性产生一定影响。为全面评估光伏电站并网后对电网可靠性的影响,根据光伏电站等值电路,推导了光伏电站的输出功率关系式。针对光伏电站发出的无功功率与接入点电压的密切联系以及光伏电站的故障特性,交替求解光伏电站的无功功率和电网潮流,并提出光伏电池组件的故障切除条件。对含光伏电站的发输电系统进行可靠性评估的算例表明,合理接入光伏电站能够改善系统可靠性,太阳辐照度和故障光伏电池组件切除方案也会对可靠性产生较大影响。
The randomness of the solar irradiance and the operation temperature of photovoltaic cells has certain influence on the reliability of the power generation and transmission system after the photovoltaic power station connected to the grid.In order to comprehensively evaluate the influence of the connection of the photovoltaic power station on the reliability of the power grid,the expression of the output power of the photovoltaic power station was derived based on the equivalent circuit of the photovoltaic power station.According to the close relationship between the reactive power and the access point voltage of the photovoltaic power station as well as the fault characteristic of the station,the reactive power of the station and power flow of the grid were solved alternately.The fault removal conditions of the photovoltaic cell components were also presented.The reliability of the power generation and transmission system of a photovoltaic power station was evaluated.The results indicated that the proper connection of the photovoltaic power station could improve the system reliability and that solar irradiance and the removal scheme of the fault photovoltaic cell components would also have considerable influence on the reliability.
