摘要
通过封闭式问卷调查方式,以认知性、感受性、利益相关性3个指标分析了工业企业绿化建设与员工的相互关系。结果显示在认知性方面,认为绿化对企业本身的形象和效益有正面影响的分别为77.97%和73.73%,且高学历员工对此持正面响应的比例更高;在感受性方面,88.04%的员工大都向往在一个绿化环境优美的企业工作,并且79.35%的员工会因此产生一定的优越感。绿化效果良好的企业能使员工在精神上产生愉悦感和归属感,从而提高员工的工作效率,增强员工对企业的忠诚度。多达44.07%的员工希望增加绿化树木来改进企业绿化效果。在利益相关性方面,企业绿化的好坏成为64.41%的员工是否选留本企业工作的原因之一。有70%以上的员工愿意在一定幅度范围内牺牲自己的经济利益来支持企业的绿化建设。
The relationship between the virescence construction of industrial companies and the employees was analyzed,by adopting close questionnaire survey containing cognitive,sensitive and interest-linked indexes.The survey on cognition showed that the employees considering virescence had positive influence on the image and benefit of companies covered 77.97% and 73.73% respectively,higher proportion within the ones with higher educated background.As far as the sensitive index was concerned,most employees(covering 88.04%) preferred to work in a company that has beautiful virescence and would has certain superiority complex(covering 79.35%).The companies with beautiful virescence could give their employees the feeling of joviality and attachment,improving the efficiency and enhancing the loyalty.44.07% employees expected to improve the virescence effect of their companies through adding trees.As far as the interest-linked indexes were concerned,the virescence was found to be one of the reasons for them to stay,accounting for 64.41% employees.The employees who would scarify their economy interest within certain extent to support the virescence construction of their companies account for a rather high proportion(more than 70%).
