摘要 川西新场构造须家河组气藏埋藏深、高温、高压,岩石致密,工程地质特征复杂,平均机械钻速低,钻井复杂情况多,钻井工程难度大。通过岩石力学性质、储层敏感性、地层孔隙压力、坍塌压力、破裂压力等研究,认为影响钻井提速的主要工程地质因素包括:地层岩性复杂,砂泥岩频繁互层;主力产层埋藏深,岩石致密,岩石强度大,硬度大,塑性大,可钻性差,导致机械钻速低;异常高压,纵向多压力系统,安全钻井液密度窗口狭窄,井壁稳定性差,常规井身结构难以解决,储层敏感性强。通过优选钻井工艺、新型井身结构、高效钻头、新型钻井液等对策,提高了机械钻速,并对同类气藏高效钻井具有一定的借鉴意义。 The gas reservoirs of Xujiahe Formation in Xinchang Structure of West Sichuan Depression are buried deeply with high temperature,high pressure and tight rock.Engineering geology is complex,average penetration rate is low,drilling situation is complex and drilling difficulty is large.Through studying the rock mechanical properties,reservoir sensitivity,formation pore pressure,collapse pressure and breakdown pressure,it is considered that the reservoir lithology is complex with frequently sand and shale interbed,the main producing layers are buried deeply with tight rock,big rock strength,hardness,plasticity and poor formation drillability,which results in low penetration rate.The main engineering geological factors affected on drilling speedup are abnormal high pressure,vertical multi-pressure systems,narrow windows of safe drilling fluid density,poor borehole stability,the problem of routine wellbore configuration difficult to resolve and strong reservoir sensitivity.In order to promote the drilling speedup in this area,this paper proposes some countermeasures for optimizing the drilling techniques,new wellbore configuration,high efficiency drill bits and new drilling fluid to improve the penetration rate,which can provide a reference for high efficiency drilling of similar gas reservoirs.
