摘要
以丙烯酸为单体,以H2O2-NaHSO3为引发剂和链转移剂合成聚丙烯酸钠,用红外光谱进行了表征。将聚丙烯酸钠配制成0.1%的溶液,用阳离子交换树脂(氢型)进行离子交换,考察交换时间与聚丙烯酸钠溶液pH的关系,以及聚丙烯酸钠溶液pH对其粘度的影响,实验表明pH为6.8时溶液粘度最大。
Sodium polyacrylate was synthesited from acrylic acid using H2o2 -NaHSO3 as initiator and chain transfer agent. The product was characterized by IR. The sodium polyacrylate solution with content of 0.1% was prepared for ion exchanging with cation exchange resin ( H type). The effect of ion exchange time on pH of sodium polyacrylate solution was studied, and the effect of pH of sodium polyacrylate solution on its viscosity was examined, the results showed that the viscosity of sodium polyaerylate solution was the highest when pH was 6.8.
