摘要
为规范执行价格政策、提高医院信誉,作者围绕物价管理的6个方面提出建立全面物价管理体系,实现物价管理从组织到业务流程的精细化管理,调动全员参与,实现物价管理的事前、事中过程控制,使物价管理融入医疗日常工作之中。
To standardize the implementation of pricing policies,and enhance the credibility of the hospital,the establishment of a comprehensive price management system was proposed from six aspects of price management,to achieve price management from organization to the refinement of business process management,and mobilize all the staff to participate in price control in advance and in the process,make the price management naturally integrate into the medical routine work.
