摘要
妊娠合并桥本甲状腺炎诊断以抗体测定及超声为主,治疗方面主要根据甲状腺功能指导治疗。本病最终随甲状腺破坏而出现甲状腺功能减低(甲减),从而在妊娠阶段可以对后代的神经智力发育造成损伤,并可以使产科并发症包括流产、早产、先兆子痫和胎死宫内等的发生率明显增加,这些研究结果使得妊娠合并桥本甲状腺炎的诊治成为目前研究的热点。
Pregnancy with Hashimoto＇s Thyroiditis （HT） is one of the most common autoimmunity thyroiditis, TgAb and TPOAb levels as well as ultrasound are the main diagnosis measurement. There are not special therapeutic methods; the management is based on thyroid function. The final outcomes of this disease is hypothyroidism, which can induce the dysfunction of fetal neural and mental development, also including some obstetrical complications such as abortion, preterm labor, pre -eclampsia and fetal death. The diagnosis and management of HT are more highlight today.
