摘要
目的了解安徽省专科护士的工作现状及临床使用与管理中普遍存在的问题,为今后安徽省专科护士的使用及管理办法的建立提供依据。方法自制调查表,对分布在安徽省已取得资质的82名专科护士进行工作现状与管理现状的调查。结果安徽省专科护士使用与管理上存在以下问题:数量与比例未达标,专科护士种类偏少;角色定位不明晰,专科护士功能没有充分发挥;专科人才流失现象较严重。结论安徽省专科护士的使用与管理有待进一步加强与规范,角色定位及待遇上应给予相关政策的指导与支持。
Objective To investigate the corunlon problems of the work, clinical use and management of specialist nurses in Anhui province, and provide references for the establishment of the use and management system of specialist nurses in our province. Methods Eighty - two specialist nurses with qualification in Anhui province were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about the status of work and management. Results The main problems in the use and management of specialist nurses were the following. The number and proportion didnt reach the standard. The kinds of specialist nurses were relatively few. The roles of specialist nurses were not clear. Their functions werent brought into full play. And the status of specialist nurses was serious. Conclusion The use and management of specialist nurses in Anbui province need to be further strengthened, and should get support and guidance from the relevant policy about the roles and welfare.
