摘要
用压力-热液法制备纳米ZrO2粉体,并用不同热处理工艺进行处理,样品的XRD分析结果表明,煅烧温度和时间对纳米ZrO2粉体性能影响显著.随着煅烧温度的提高和时间的延长,粉体由tetragonal(t)转变为monoclinic(m),晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,煅烧温度对ZrO2相组成和晶粒尺寸的影响比时间影响更大.
The preparation of nano zirconia powder with the pressure-Hydrothermal method in different heat treatment process is studied and the sample analysis of XRD results show that the effect of heat temperature and time on properties of nano-ZrO2 powders is significant.With the increase of heat treatment temperature and time,powder transits from t-phase to m-phase and grain size is gradually increasing,but heat treatment temperature has greater effect on the ZrO2 phase composition and grain size than time does.
