摘要
为了培养医学研究生参与分子生物学实验课程后,能够运用所学知识解决实际问题,在分子生物学实验课程中开设了实验设计讨论的内容,收到了较好的效果。在课堂教学中,通过对假想课题的讨论,学生运用所学知识设计一套科学的实验方案,加深对具体实验技术原理及其局限性的理解,达到理论联系实际的目的。同时,实验设计讨论还可以使教师发现教学中的不足,及时改进教学方法和补充教学内容。
In order to improve the ability of graduate students to solve problems, experimental plan of a hypothesized problem was held in the molecular biology course and good effect was got. Under the guidance of the instructor, students discussed in groups and designed an experimental stratage to solve the problem based on their prior knowledge of molecular biology. Students understood the rationales, applications and limitations of each techanique in molecular biology deeply through discussed. Teachers could find the shortage in teaching from discussion for experimental design, and reformed the teaching methods.
