摘要
采用Sol-Gel工艺制备了PbTiO3(PT)玻璃陶瓷薄膜,实现了常规熔融法难以达到的高PT含量.薄膜中PT晶粒分布均匀,晶粒大小约0.1μm,膜中无孔洞.采用常规热处理,可获得c轴择优取向的PT玻璃陶瓷薄膜,而利用快速热处理技术有助于仰制PT焦绿石相的出现.且薄膜呈现轻微的a轴择优取向.
PbTiO3 (PT) glass-ceramic thin films were successfully prepared by sol-gel process,using lead acetate trihydrate, tetra-n-butyl titanate, and n-propyl borate as raw materials. Pinhole-free thin films were obtained. The glass-ceramic films with high PT content which are difficult to be achieved by conventional melting method can be easily prepared by sol-gel process. PT crystallites with average size about 0. 1μm were uniformly distributed in thin films. Effects of thermal processing techniques on structure of thin films were investigated. The results showed c-axis preferentially oriented PT glassceramic thin films can be obtained by conventional thermal an neating (CTA) technique. However, using rapid thermal annealing (RTA) method, PT pyrochlore phase can be suppressed, and the thin films show slight a-axis preferential orientation.
