摘要
基于在磷酸介质中，抗坏血酸可还原甲苯胺蓝并使其退色反应，建立了一种动力学分光光度法测定抗坏血酸的新方法。该方法线性范围０—１２０μｇ／ｍＬ，检出限２５μｇ／ｍＬ。用于药品中抗坏血酸的测定，并进行回收试验，回收率在８７％—９８％。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of ascorbic acid been developed.The method is based on the reduction of toluidine blue with ascorbic acid in hydrophosphoric acid medium.The linear range of determination is 0—120μg/mL.The detection limit is 25μg/mL.The method has been used for the determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical products.
