摘要
运用油水界面法在环己烷中制备出分散性能良好的ZnO纳米粒子,采用TEM、XRD等对其表征;通过静电纺丝法将均匀分散在油相中的ZnO纳米粒子掺入PET无纺布,制备出ZnO/PET超细纤维无纺布。抗紫外性测试表明,与未添加纳米ZnO样品相比,ZnO/PET超细纤维无纺布的抗紫外性能得到了大幅度提高,样品纤维表面形态无明显变化,无纺布的断裂强力也没有明显下降。
The oil-water interface method was adopted to synthesize well dispersed ZnO nanoparticles in cyclohexane, the product was characterized by XRD, TEM, etc. ZnO/PET ultrafine fiber non-woven fabric was obtained by doping the ZnO nanoparticles suspension on PET non-woven fabric by electrospinning. The anti-ultraviolet radration test showed that the UV-resistance performance of ZnO/PET non-woven fabric increases significantly, no obvious changes were found on the surface of the ZnO/PET ultrafine fiber and no evident decline was shown on the rupture strength.
