摘要
从曲轴应力分析方面出发来对曲轴进行最优化处理。利用三维建模软件Pro/Engineer Wildfire3.0进行曲轴的实体建模,将此模型导入ANSYS11.0中进行应力分析,得出了在不同作用力和不同的网格划分情况下的不同结果,综合这些结果得出较为接近的运算方法。
The optimization based on the crankshaft stress analysis was carried out in this thesis.Firstly,it set up the model of the component by Pro/Engineer Wildfire3.0,and then imported it to the software of ANSYS11.0 to perform its stress analysis.Finally,various analytic results were obtained under conrrespondingly loads and mesh division.
