摘要
目的:观察滋水清肝饮对原发性高血压早期肾脏损害患者尿肾功能,血脂,血黏度等指标的影响,以进一步评价滋水清肝饮治疗原发性高血压早期肾脏损害的疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:69例辨证为肝肾阴虚火旺型原发性高血压早期肾脏损害患者,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组34例,两组均予洛汀新常规治疗,治疗组加用滋水清肝饮,疗程2个月。观察两组治疗前后尿肾功能,血脂,血黏度等指标的变化。结果:两组血压均达标,治疗后治疗组尿肾功能较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),并能改善症状、纠正脂质代谢紊乱、降低血黏度,而且无明显不良反应。结论:滋水清肝饮对原发性高血压早期肾脏损害有较好疗效,其作用机制可能与其改善机体高凝状态,松弛血管平滑肌,保护血管内皮功能等因素有关。
Objective：The observation Zishuiqingganyin to the primary hypertension early time kidney harms the patient uronephrosis function,the blood fats,target and so on blood viscosity influences,by further appraises Zishuiqingganyin the curative effect which the treatment primary hypertension early time kidney harms,discusses its function mechanism.Methods：68 examples dialectically for the hepatorenal cloudy deficiency-fire prosperous primary hypertension early time kidney harm patient,stochastically divide into the treatment group and control group each 34 examples,2 groups give the Luo river sandbank new convention treatment,treatment group Canada with Zishuiqingganyin,treatment course 2 months.Around observes 2 groups to treat the uronephrosis function,the blood fats,target and so on blood viscosity changes.Results：2 groups of blood pressure attain a designated standard,after the treatment treats the group uronephrosis function to compare the control group to reduce （P〈0.05）,and can improve the symptom,the correction lipin metabolism disorder,reduces the blood viscosity,moreover not good responded not obviously.Conclusion：Zishuiqingganyin to the primary hypertension early time kidney harm has the good curative effect,if its function mechanism possible improvement organism to congeal high the condition,relaxes the blood vessel smooth muscle,protects factors and so on blood vessel bast function to concern.
