摘要
现今社会已经进入"低碳"时代,如何引导普通民众促进低碳经济的发展,实现经济由"高碳"经济向"低碳"经济转变,值得我们进行深入研究。我们应充分认识低碳经济对普通民众生活的重要价值,认真研究低碳生活的基本途径。
Today＇s society has entered low-carbon era.How to guide the people to promote the low-carbon economic growth,and transform the economy to high-carbon to low-carbon are topics worthy of our careful study.We must be fully aware of the importance of low-carbon economy in common people＇ life and make a serious study of basic ways of low-carbon life.
