摘要 目的探讨胎儿生长受限母(FGR)血及脐血甲状腺激素的变化及意义。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法,检测正常足月妊娠60例和足月妊娠FGR组60例母血及脐血中甲状腺素(T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、游离T3(T3)、游离T4(T4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)水平。结果 FGR组较对照组比较母血及脐血中T4、FT4下降(94.37±14.29VS 152.28±15.33,8.73±1.99 VS 13.08±3.74,P<0.05),TSH升高(5.09±1.62 VS 7.39±1.39,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能减退可能与FGR发病有关。 Objective To investigate the change of thyroid hormone levels in maternal blood and navel blood of the fetal growth restriction.Methods The concentration of triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),Free T3(FT3),Free T4(FT4),thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH) were tested in the maternal blood and navel blood of 60 normal term infancy by radioimmunology(control group) and 60 case of fetal growth restriction(FGR group).Results T4 and FT4 in maternal blood and navel blood were lower in FGR group than that in control group.The TSH level in maternal blood and navel blood was higher in FGR group than that in control group.Conclusion This study confirmed the pathogenesis of FGR might is connected with the functional decay of thyroid.
