摘要
目的总结护理干预在自发性食管破裂围手术期中的临床价值。方法对比性分析2例自发性食管破裂的成功救治经验和教训,制定有效的护理干预措施。结果 1例得到及时诊治,配合积极有效护理而治愈,另1例错过最佳手术时机,并发多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论专业、有效的护理干预,有助于自发性食管破裂的早诊断、早治疗,对提高自发性食管破裂的治愈可起到重要作用。
Objective To summarize effective perioperative-nursing interventions of spontaneous rupture of esophagus.Methods The successful experience in the treatment of two cases of spontaneous esophageal rupture were analyzed.Results 1 patient was cured due to prompt medical treatment and effective care,while the other missed the best timing of surgery died of complicated multi organ failure.Conclusion Professional and effective nursing interventions play an important role in improving cure rate of spontaneous rupture of esophagus.
