直线刃阴极数控电解加工工艺试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on NC Electrochemical Machining with Linear Edge Cathode

摘要 采用直线刃阴极进行电解加工平面的工艺试验,对试验结果进行分析,得到电解液压力、阴极进给速度、电源电压、极间初始间隙与表面粗糙度、切削深度的关系曲线。在此基础上,选取优化的参数组合,实现了直纹曲面的加工。 The experiments of machining plane were carried out on NC-ECM with linear edge cathode.Based on the results of experiments,the influences of electrolyte pressure,cathode feed rate, working voltage,initial inter-electrode gap to the surface roughness and cutting depth were obtained. On the base of orthogonal experiment,the ruled surface machining was finished by selecting the optimal processing parameters.
