摘要
目的：揭示知识型老年患者的心理特点和心理需求，提高临床护理水平提供有益信息。方法：采用1：1配对病例对照研究，共调查内科住院患者196％例，利用X2检验分析病例组和对照组之间在心理特点及需求方面的异同点。结果：知识型老年患者容易发生焦虑、紧张、悲观、忧郁等负性情绪；渴望得到外界尊重；希望得到有关医疗信息；担心自己生活（工作）能力的恢复；与其它患者相同的是：关心医疗费用，早日恢复健康。结论：应当重视知识型老年患者的心理特点，加强心理护理；要为患者选择具有成本低廉、效果良好的护理方案；要重视对患者的康复训练。
Objective:To reveal the Psychological characteristics and needs of elderly intellectual patients and to offer useful information on the improvement of clinical nursing. Methods:196 inpatients suffering from intemal disease were investigated by contrast studies of pair cases of one to one and the Chi-square method was used to analyze the differences and similarities in Psychological characteristics and needs between the subject group and the control group.Result: Elderly intellectual patients are subject to such negative moods as anxiety, tension, pessimism and melancholy,anxious to get outside respect, eager to obtain relevant medical information and worried about the recovety of their life and work capabilities. What they share with other patients is the concem about medical expenses and ealy recovry of health. Conclusion: Special attention ought to be paid to be paid to the Psychological characteristics of elderly intellectual Patients and the Psychological nursing of such patients should be enhanced; low-cost and effective nursing plans should be selected fortham; and importance ought to be attached to their rehabilitative exercises.
