摘要
目的观察吸水链霉菌FC904(S.hygroscopicusFC904)原生质体的形成及释放过程。方法用溶菌酶处理S.hygroscopicusFC904的菌丝体,取不同酶解时间的标本进行光镜及电镜观察。结果S.hygroscopicusFC904原生质体的形成及释放过程为菌丝体细胞膜内陷、收缩、分段,进而质壁分离,在菌丝体内形成多个原生质体,并以两种形式释放出原生质体,(1)从细胞壁开口处挤出,(2)为细胞壁消解,原生质体“就地”释放。结论S.
Objective\ To observe how the protoplasts of S.hygroscopicus FC904 are formed and released.\ Methods\ The mycelia of S.hygroscopicus FC904 were treated with lysozyme and samples gathered at different stages of the enzyme lysis were observed by light microscope and electron microscope.\ Results\ The forming and the releasing process of the protoplasts from S.hygroscopicus FC904 was described as follows: the cell membrane of mycelia was sunk、 contracted and broken, and then plasmolysis happens; several protoplasts were formed in mycelia.\ The protoplasts were released in two ways: protoplasts emerged from the pores in cell walls, or protoplasts formed in situ when cell walls were digested.\ Conclusion\ The forming and the releasing process of the protoplasts from S.hygroscopicus FC904 has been shown.
