摘要
目的观察针刺心经经脉对急性心肌缺血家兔心功能和交感神经心中支放电的影响,探讨针刺心经经脉作用的相对特异性。方法将30只家兔随机分为模型对照组、"神门—通里"组和"太渊—列缺"组,采用冠状动脉结扎法复制急性心肌缺血模型,用Biopac生物信号采集系统记录神经电信号和心功能观察指标,同时接入SKY-A4生物信号处理系统进行统计学分析。结果电针"神门—通里"和电针"太渊—列缺"经脉段在停针即刻家兔的心力环面积和交感神经心中支电活动,与模型对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。"神门—通里"组电针后4个时间段交感神经心中支放电活动显著高于"太渊—列缺"组。结论电针心经"神门—通里"段可显著改善急性心肌缺血家兔的心力环面积,并可提高心肌缺血状态下心交感神经的兴奋性,优于电针肺经"太渊—列缺"经脉段,具有相对特异性。
Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at the segment from Shenmen acupoint to Tongli acupoint along Heart meridian, and the segment from Taiyuan acupoint to Lieque acupoint along Lung meridian, on heart function and discharge activities of medius branch of cardiac sympathetic nerve in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia, and explore the relative specificity of EA along heart meridian. Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into model control group, group of EA at SHenmen-Tongli segment, and group of EA at Taiyuan-Lieque segment. The model of acute myocardial ischemia was induced by the ligation of coronary artery. The electrical signals of heart function indexes were recorded using Biopac biological signal collecting system. Meanwhile, SKY A4 biological signals processing system was collected for statistical analysis. Results Compared with those in model control group, the area of cardiac force loop and discharge activities of medius branch of cardiac sympathetic nerve signifi- cantly changed, immediately after EA at Shenmen-Tongli segment and Taiyuan-Lieque segment (P 〈0.05). And at each of four intervals after EA therapy, discharge activities of medius branch of cardiac sympathetic nerve in group of EA at Shenmen-Tongli segment were better than those in group of EA at Taiyuan-Lieque segment (P〈0.05). Conclusion The area of cardiac force loop and electrical activities of cardiac sympathetic nerve of acute myocardial ischemia rabbits can be improved after EA either along Shen- men-Tongli segment or along Taiyuan-Lieque segment. And effects of EA along Shenmen-Tongli segment are better than those of EA along Taiyuan Lieque segment. It is suggested that effects of EA along heart meridian have specificity.
