摘要
以四甲基碳酸氢铵为原料,钛基二氧化钌为阳极,不锈钢为阴极,在H型电解槽中恒电流密度电解合成四甲基氢氧化铵,主要考察了合成工艺中离子交换膜种类、原料浓度、电解温度和电流密度对电流效率的影响。研究结果表明,当采用旭化成F4403D为阳离子交换膜,在四甲基碳酸氢铵浓度为1.41mol·L-1,电解液温度40℃~60℃,电流密度792A.m-2的条件下,电流效率可达83.5%。
The electrolytic synthesis of tetramethylammonium hydroxide in an H type electrolytic cell under a constant current density was studied,by using tetramethylammonium bicarbonate as raw material,Ti supported ruthenium dioxide as anode and stainless steel as cathode.The effects of ion exchange membrane,concentration of tetramethylammonium bicarbonate,temperature of electrolyte and current density on the current efficiency of the process for synthesis were investigated.The resrlts showed that the current efficiency was up to 83.5% under optimal operating conditions:Aciples-F4403D cation exchange membrane,concentration of tetramethylammonium bicarbonate 1.41 mol·L-1,electrolyte temperature 40 ℃~60 ℃,current density 792 A·m-2.
