摘要
对不同品种泡泡树果实的可溶性糖、矿质元素(Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg、Ca)、维生素A、维生素C及氨基酸的含量进行了测定,结果表明,泡泡树果实营养成分丰富。其中Sweet Alice的维生素C含量高达0.564 mg/g,Seed seeding的钙含量及氨基酸总量均最高,分别为0.360 mg/g和11.90 mg/g。因此,根据对营养成分的不同需求,可选择不同的品种,其中Seed seeding的各种营养成分都比较高。
The contents of soluble sugar,minerals such as calcium,magnesium,zinc,iron and copper,vitamins A and C and amino acid of five cultivars of pawpaw fruit were analysed.The pawpaw's fruit was rich in nutrition.Of the five pawpaw cultivars tested,Sweet Alice had the highest vitamins C,up to 0.564mg/g.While Seed seeding had the highest calcium and amino acid content,up to 0.360mg/g and 11.90mg/g,respectively.So,the optimum cultivar could be selected according to different requirements for nutrition.Of the five cultivars tested,Seed seeding had the higher contents of all nutrients.
