摘要
随着知识经济的到来,信息技术的渗入,各类企业日渐意识到IT项目的重要性。但对于IT项目的成功与否以及项目的评估方法却各不一样。选用17个规模相同的具有代表特征的IT项目作为对象,从项目企业、客户、社会四个角度来分析项目的投资价值,并利用AHP给予权重,最后用灰色聚类分析法把17个项目分为三类,即投资价值高、投资价值一般以及投资价值低的项目,并得出了同一类项目的价值大小关系的排序。
With the advent of the knowledge economy and the infiltration of the information technology,all kinds of enterprises are becoming aware of the importance of IT projects day by day.But the evaluation on the projects itself and the judgment of the IT projects＇ success differs each other.The article selects 17 respective IT projects of the same scale as our objects,and then study the projects＇ investment value from four perspectives,which include the project itself,businesses,customers and the community.After that we apply AHP to give weight,finally we divide the 17 projects into three categories by using gray cluster analysis,it means high-value investment,media-value investment,as well as the low-value project and we order them according to the size of their investment values.
