摘要
以巴西蕉组织培养苗为试材,研究不同多肽浓度(600、800、1000、1200倍液)对巴西蕉幼苗生长及根系活力的影响。结果表明,外源多肽处理能促进巴西蕉幼苗的生长,增加根重、苗高、叶片长度和宽度,同时还能提高巴西蕉幼苗根系活力,但是对根长影响不显著。在试验的各个浓度中,以600倍液的处理效果最好。
Tissue culture plantlets of banana cultivar 'Brazil' were used as materials and treated with polypeptides at different levels(1:600,1:800,1:1000,1:1200) to analyze the effects of exogenous polypeptides on the seedling growth and root activity of 'Brazil' banana.Results showed that exogenous polypeptides treatment at these concentrations significantly increased the seedling growth,fresh weight of root,height of seedling,length of leaf and width of leaf,and seedling roots activity.But the length of root was not increased significantly.Among all the treatments,the optimum polypeptides concentration for increasing 'Brazil' growth was 1:600 solution.
