摘要
文章总结了硬质合金生产过程中经常发生的鼓泡与留有孔洞的原因,提出了具有商业价值的处理方法。经过分析及研究发现,鼓泡完全可以通过改善烧结工艺得到解决;影响硬质合金性能的孔洞的产生也可以通过一定手段加以控制,但是不可能完全避免孔洞的产生。
The article summarized the reasons about why swollen bubbles and holes were left frequently during the production of cemented carbides, and gave different business vaule approaches to different reasons. Through analysis and research, it found that swollen bubbles could be solved by improving the sintering processes, and the holes which would affect the performance of cemented carbides could be controlled by certain means, but found it is impossible to avoid the holes completely.
