摘要
据地质条件和TBM的形式、安装方式及采用的吊装设备,以及刀盘直径、TBM组件尺寸等因素,在充分考虑扩大洞室的功能特性、施工方法、衬砌结构等的组装、始发需要,并考虑TBM主机大件的摆放、部件转运所需的卸车区域等设计洞室的断面、长度、支护形式、衬砌结构、桥吊运行基础等,就施工过程提出有力的措施,以保证施工质量、安全与速度。上述设计方案与施工措施,为确保大直径TBM洞内顺利组装奠定了基础。
Due to the site restraints, the TBM for the diversion tunnel of Jinping Hydropower Station has to be assembled in the assembly chamber. The diameter of the TBM reaches 12.43 m, therefore the TBM assembly chamber has large cross-section, huge working quantity, complex construction process and high construction quality requirements. The cross-section, length, reinforcement types, lining structures and bridge crane foundations of the assembly chamber are proposed on basis of the geological conditions, TBM structures, assembly methods, hoisting facility requirements and available construction methods. Countermeasures are proposed for the construction of the assembly chamber so as to ensure the quality, safety and progress of the construction. The successful design and construction of the TBM assembly chamber have laid a good foundation for the assembly of the large-diameter TBM in the chamber.
