摘要
节约集约利用土地资源,是"资源节约型环境友好型"小城镇建设的重要内容。针对小城镇建设用地存在的问题,分析了小城镇建设中节约集约用地的必要性,提出了"两型"小城镇节约集约利用土地资源的对策和建议。
How to optimally and intensively utilize land resource is an important content in construction of ＂energy-efficient and environment-friendly＂ small towns.In view of existing problems of land use in small towns＇ construction,this paper analyzes the necessity of optimal and intensive land utilization,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to optimal and intensive land utilization in construction of ＂two-oriented＂ small towns.
