摘要
研究不同pH值(2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0,5.8)的模拟酸雨胁迫1,3,5 d及恢复处理3,5 d后对洋葱根组织过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及丙二醛含量的影响.结果显示:过氧化氢酶活力在胁迫早期表现为诱导而后抑制,随即达到平衡;酸雨胁迫初期超氧化物歧化酶活性极显著地高于对照组,随着胁迫时间的延长,pH低于4.0的胁迫超氧化物歧化酶的活性均显著下降;丙二醛含量在受胁迫全程都显著增加.
In this study,effects of simulated acid rain of different pH value of 2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0,and 5.8 on activity of catalase(CAT),activity of superoxidedismutase(SOD),and content of propanediol(MDA) in root tips of onion(Allium cepal.) were evaluated after pre-treated for 1,3,and 5 days and post-treated for 3,and 5 days.The results show that:(1) CAT activity is induced firstly,then regresses,and finally reaches its balance;(2) SOD activity is significantly higher than control groups in the primarily stage of simulated acid rain treatment,and SOD activity degrades significantly when pH value is below 4.0;(3) MDA content is significantly high when treated with acid rain.
